Safe & Limited-Contact Service Appointments

The Auto West BMW Service Department is open Monday to Saturday (8 AM to 6 PM). We offer safe and limited-contact appointments, and remain committed to providing repairs and maintenance for your vehicle to ensure your safety on the road.

We understand it is still important to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our clients. As such, we want to assure you we have continued to practice health & safety measures at our store to keep you and our staff safe. The following practices are still in place:

• Staff will continue to wear masks when interacting with clients, and maintain a safe social distance when appropriate.
• Vehicle interior protection measures (e.g. steering wheel, seat covers)
• Clean & disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Valet pick up and drop-off available
• Online appointment scheduling on our website
• Express self check-in kiosk in the Service Drive Thru
• Remote payment options
